Italian Cup Completes Ronaldo’s Grand Slam

TURIN, Italy: Cristiano Ronaldo has won 34 trophies over his career and that does not include the various individual awards the Portuguese and Juventus star has won.

Ronaldo won the Italian Cup with Juventus yesterday, completing his Grand Slam title in Italy.

His latest trophy comes amid rumors of his transfer this summer.

But Ronaldo seemed to deny his transfer speculations when he was filmed celebrating the championship with teammates in the dressing room.

Goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Federico Chiesa gave them a 2-1 win over Atalanta who missed out on winning the trophy for the first time since 1963.

The Italian Cup is the fifth Italian trophy Ronaldo has won – after two Serie A titles and two Italian Super Cup trophies.

While with Manchester United and Real Madrid, Ronaldo collected five Champions League medals.

The 36 -year -old also swept all domestic titles in Spain – two La Liga titles, two Spanish King’s Cup trophies and two Spanish Super Cups.

The first trophy in his glorious career was the Portuguese Super Cup with Sporting Lisbon.

After moving to Old Trafford, he won three English Premier League titles, one FA Cup, two League Cups and two Community Shields.

Internationally, he has won the Club World Cup four times as well as three UEFA Super Cups.

The best achievement with Portugal is to win Euro 2016 and the 2019 League of Nations.
