LONDON: Chelsea strengthened their grip on the English Premier League (EPL) when they beat Leicester City 3-0 at the King Power Stadium, just now.
Thomas Tuchel’s side took the lead in the 14th minute thanks to Antonio Rudiger’s goal before N’Golo Kante scored the second goal in the 28th minute.
Midfielder Christian Pulisic then put the Blues in a more comfortable position when he blasted home a third goal in the 71st minute.
The victory saw Chelsea now collect 29 points, six points ahead of second -placed Manchester City who only play tomorrow, after 12 games.
Meanwhile, the erratic performance of Brendan Rodgers ’men put them in 12th place after collecting 15 points as a result of four wins, three draws and five defeats.
