WEST BROMWICH, United Kingdom: Manchester City rose to the top of the Premier League just now when they thrashed West Brom 5-0 and extended their victory to 11 games.

Ilkay Gundogan scored twice while Joao Cancelo, Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling also found the target as Pep Guardiola’s side led one point ahead of neighboring Manchester United on the league stage.
